The purely mechanical system requires neither air nor hydraulic pressure and, thanks to its optimized mechanics, has higher pull-in and holding forces than already established systems and thus defines the new standard.
The operating principle of SOLIDBolt is based on a further development of the SOLIDPoint® technology. By reversing the interplay of zero-point mounting and the zero-point bolt, SOLIDBolt allows large machine tables to be equipped with zero- point technology for a fraction of the existing cost. With SOLIDBolt, large tables no longer have to be equipped with costintensive zero-point plates, but only with the significantly cheaper bolts. The zero-point fixtures can thus be purchased and used more specifically and in smaller numbers.
EXCELLENT HOLDING FORCES DUE TO FORM FIT
The stamping technology is a process in which a defined tooth contour is stamped into the workpiece in advance under high pressure for subsequent clamping by the form fit. This working step takes place outside the clamping device. With SOLIDStamp from HWR, you create a secure clamping due to established clamping technology. With the help of the stamping station, raw parts can be prepared for clamping in the vice within seconds. Complex premachining, such as the milling of clamping points, is no longer necessary. A minimum clamping depth of 3 mm and highest holding forces are only some of the advantages of SOLIDStamp.
